PRESENTATION AND POSTER GUIDELINES

The slides must be in English. The presentation can be illustrated by the speaker in Italian or English.

Presentations must be in 16/9 format, in PPT, PPTX or PDF.

Speakers have to upload their presentation files (named with the speaker's surname preceded by the session number, e.g. 2_Rossi) via USB device to the Slide Center (at the registration desk) at any time, strictly before the start of the session .

Speakers will have a maximum of 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions and discussion. The keynote speakers will have a maximum of 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

The posters must be in English  and printed by the authors in the horizontal format 100 x 70 cm (see template in the download section) and posted in the appropriate spaces, respecting the indicated session. The posters of all sections will remain on display for the two days of the congress.

In the slides and posters it is possible to insert the logo of the congress which can be downloaded in the download section.

Le slide dovranno essere in inglese. La presentazione può essere illustrata dal relatore in italiano o in inglese.

Le presentazioni dovranno essere in formato 16/9, in PPT, PPTX o PDF.

Gli oratori potranno caricare i file delle loro presentazioni (denominate con il cognome del relatore preceduto dal numero della sessione, es. 2_Rossi) mediante dispositivo USB allo Slide Center (al banco registrazione) in un qualsiasi momento, rigorosamente prima dell’inizio della relativa sessione.

Gli oratori avranno a disposizione max 12 minuti per la presentazione e 3 minuti per le domande e la discussione. I keynote speaker avranno a disposizione max 25 minuti per la presentazione e 5 minuti per le domande e la discussione

I poster dovranno essere in Inglese e portati già stampati dagli autori nel formato orizzontale 100 x 70 cm (vedi template nella sezione download) e affissi negli appositi spazi, rispettando la sessione indicata. I poster di tutte le sezioni resteranno esposti per le due giornate del congresso.

Nelle slide e nei poster è possibile inserire il logo del congresso scaricabile alla sezione download.
